Cold Plunge & Sauna Recovery Zone

Great training is only part of the equation—recovery matters just as much. That’s why we’ve created an outdoor recovery space featuring a cold plunge and sauna, available to all Fitz Fitness clients as an add-on to a training package or can be booked alone.

Cold therapy helps reduce inflammation, speed up muscle recovery, and support mental resilience. The sauna boosts circulation, promotes detoxification, and helps the body relax and reset. Whether it’s after a hard session or part of your weekly wellness routine, our recovery zone is designed to help you feel and perform your best inside and outside the gym.
